- Mailbox storage upgrades are not permitted on MSX-3 and MSX-5.
- Additional mailboxes added to MSX-10, MSX-25 and MSX-50 include 1 GB of space, not 4 GB.
- There is no Money Back guarantee on Microsoft Exchange services.
- Prices for Microsoft Exchange 2007 accounts include all hardware, software and licenses.
