Warp-Factor Technologies is dedicated to protecting your privacy. The following policy has been outlined to ensure that your personal and private information is secure at all times while in our posession. It is our duty to protect your privacy, and we are serious about doing so. Our Refusal to Share Information The Warp-Factor Technologies website uses forms in which you give us contact information (your name, address, daytime telephone number, and email address) and billing information so you can purchase services, request information and support, and maintain your membership. As a matter of principle, Warp-Factor has outlined a "No-Share" policy. This means that we, nor any of our representatives or staff will share or discuss any customer information outside of the Warp-Factor Technologies business. Many companies choose to share the information of customers with independent third-parties in return for payment; this is not a practice Warp-Factor will participate in. In some circumstances, we may be required to provide customer information to partners who provide services to our customers, as per their request. This information will not be given without prior consent of the owner of such personal information. For example, Resellers who take advantage of our special eNom Reseller Account offer will be asked if it is permissible to provide client information to eNom, Inc. in order to complete the account set-up process. Information is not given without prior consent. We gather information from all users who visit our web site (such as IP address, IP location, browser type, and length of visit) to improve our site and make the browsing experience easier and more enjoyable. The information gathered is not personally identifiable, and is only used to evaluate the effectiveness of our web site and to help diagnose problems with our servers. Security in Transactions and Information Storage Security and the protection of customer information is extremely important to Warp-Factor Technologies. Extensive security measures have been put in place to protect the loss, hijacking, and misuse of customer information under our control. This website, in all sensitive information collection procedures (such as ordering), protects customer information via signed and verified Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates. These certificates and locking encryptions prevent the hijacking and loss of sensitive information by/to third-parties. All Warp-Factor Technologies staff are screened and evaluated before being granted employment with Warp-Factor itself or any of its subsidiaries. Moreover, staff who have access to our Billing center are extremely trustworthy and have been deemed as such by Warp-Factor Technologies, after much review. Warp-Factor Technologies processes payments via the PayPal payment gateway. In order to make payment for services, customers are required to provide credit card and personal information to PayPal. PayPal is an extremely secure payment-processing system owned by the eBay company, which has been globally recognized for its security control. Warp-Factor Technologies is not liable for any losses or damages as a result of customer's use of the PayPal payment gateway. Updating Your Information Warp-Factor Technologies customers may alter or update their customer information on file at any time in order to make such information more acurate. In addition, customers may choose to opt-out or opt-in to Warp-Factor Technologies special offer mailings at any time. We provide e-mail links for customers to request information via our website, and we will attempt to respond to any such e-mails and requests in a prompt manner. The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve our website, products, and customer support, or it may be reviewed and discarded. However, as per our "No-Share" policy, no customer information will be shared with third-parties. Where Required by Law As part of our "No Share" policy, Warp-Factor Technologies promises not to share any customer information with third-parties. However, should we be required by a department of law (Police Department, Sheriff Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation, et cetera), or by a law-making body (Senate, Congress) to share customer information as part of the investigation of a crime relating to the purchase or use of our services, we will be forced to comply with such requests and release only the required amount of customer information in an investigation. Should Warp-Factor Technologies be forced to initiate an investigation or suit against a user of our services or website, information collected by Warp-Factor Technologies will be used to our benefit in an effort to prove our case against you. This would result only from a direct non-compliance of our policies, or as a result of an abuse of our services. Changes in Our Practices Should we make any changes to our customer/user information and handling practices, we will append these changes to this document at least 30 days prior to the implementation of these changes or by directly notifying you via e-mail, telephone, or by other means of communication. Customer Information After Termination/Cancellation When your Warp-Factor Technologies account is terminated or cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "cancelled" status in our databases. Please be aware that the cancellation of your account does not constitute the permanent removal of your information from our database. We will hold your personally identifiable information in order to maintain proper sales records, and to be used in the event of any pending legal investigations or to enforce any of our policies.
